We moved on from the frantic craziness of Dehli to go to Northern India, more specifically Dharamasala/Mcleod Ganj, which since 1961 has been the home of the Tibetan Government in exile, the Dalai Lama, and over a hundred thousand Tibetans who have made the dangerous trek through the Himalayas from Tibet.
We were looking forward to delve into Tibetan Buddhism, which fascinates us, as well as the music and culture of the Tibetan people who are struggling to keep their history alive as the Chinese try to exterminate it. The people are so kind here and their faces hold such a mystic quality which is enchanting. These people have truly suffered and to see their optimism and lack of attachment to suffering or anything for that matter is inspiring. The Dalai Lama is in town and we will be attending a special talk of his tommorow, we are buzzing with the excitement of this. Namaste...

Such beautiful photos, what camera are you using. Have you seen the Dalai lama yet. Can't wait to hear your new music that comes from this.
